Employee Create BAPI

Hi,

My requirement is to create an RFC, as there is no BAPI to create Employee Are there any standard function modules that can be helpful? ..any suggestions on this would be welcome.

Hi,

As far as I know there are 3 organization models within SAP World and each model may have diffenrent kind of keeping an object as employee. In case of CRM model, you can use these FMs:

- BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA to create a business partner. Employee must be a business partner.
- CRM_BUPA_CREATECENTRALPERSON to create a central person
- BUPR_EMPLO_CREATE to create an employee relationship
