Perhaps you should consider, using RFBIBL00, as it is from a functional point of view more convenient.
There are also some BAPIS related to this, but I am not sure, if they will help you (depends on purpose).
You will find them in the area Accounting general, using transaction BAPI.

They start with prefix BAPI_ACC_*

Hi,

I think you should try BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST as an universal Function-Call to FI.

There are some oher BAPI_ACC_... for special purpose.
